Aperam's alloy surcharges decrease slightly

French stainless steel producer Aperam is making only modest changes to September alloy surcharges for its austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe. Only grade 316 will increase next month, by over €70/tonne ($75) due to raw materials fluctuations, Kallanish notes.
