ArcelorMittal may bid for USS: market sources
ArcelorMittal, the world's second-largest steel producer, may make a bid to acquire US Steel (USS), according to market sources. The Luxembourg-based company confirms to Kallanish that some preliminary talks have occurred.
A representative from ArcelorMittal North America says "nothing has officially been released" but specifies that there have been recent discussions between the two companies.
