Asian giants, US drive November production growth

Global crude steel production increased 3.3% on-year in November to 145.48 million tonnes, driven by growth in various major steelmaking regions. Robust Indian growth continued, but was also matched by South Korea last month, while production also rose in the US and Brazil. Global output was however down 3% from October.
