ICC excludes Bolivian government from ESM/Jindal Steel trial
The International Chamber of Commerce’s arbitration court has decided to exclude Bolivia and its mining corporation, Comibol, from the Jindal Steel trial against state-owned Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM). So says the Bolivia’s prosecution office in a statement monitored by Kallanish.
