Bolivia's ESM awaits final approval for El Mutún project
The construction of Bolivia's first steelmaking complex in Mutún has entered the last stage of evaluation, said Jesús Lara, president of Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM) in local media monitored by Kallanish.
Work has been planned to start in Q1 2017 (see Kallanish passim), but was postponed again, as the state owned company is still expecting China's Eximbank to confirm officially its financial support.…
