Bolivia’s ESM steel mill construction nears completion
Construction of Bolivia’s first steelmaking complex in Mutún is expected to be completed this year. According to the president of state-owned Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM), Jorge Alvarado Rivas, the plant start-up is expected in the first quarter of 2024.
