Borusan holds talks over MMK Metalurji stake: sources
Turkey’s Borusan Holding is in negotiations to acquire a controlling interest in MMK Metalurji, informed sources tell Kallanish.
Although no official information has been given by either party, Kallanish hears Borusan is interested in buying a 51% stake in MMK’s Turkish subsidiary.
