Court ends dam-disaster lawsuit against Vale's former ceo
Brazil's 6th Federal Court of Minas Gerais (TRF-6) has suspended the lawsuit against Vale’s former chief executive Fabio Schvartsman for the collapse of the Brumadinho dam, Kallanish notes.
The decision was based on a lack of evidence of criminal conduct.
