Brazilian regulator approves Ternium/CSA deal, denies CSN appeal
Latin-American steelmaker Ternium has received final approval, without restrictions, to conclude the acquisition of Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico (CSA). Brazil's trade defence agency Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) denied the appeal made by local steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN).
