Brazilian semi exports to US pop in July

US steel imports from Brazil appear to have spiked in July, led by a near doubling in imports of Brazilian semi-finished goods, Kallanish learns from the US Department of Commerce. The US imported a preliminary total of 455,650 from Brazil in July - 449,652t of which were semi-finished goods. The US imported just 252,661t total from Brazil in June.
