Canadian construction employment jumps to 14-month high
Construction employment levels increased in Canada during March, Kallanish learns from data gathered by Statistics Canada.
According to its latest labour survey, employment levels for Canada's construction industry rose by 1.0% month-on-month, or 15,300 jobs, in March. This latest increase brings total construction employment to the highest level since January 2023.
