Chinese second-tier mills raise HRC prices in GCC
After securing deals in their domestic market, Chinese second-tier mills have increased their hot rolled coil prices in the Gulf Cooperation Council since the middle of last week. They have thereby narrowed the gap with tier-one mills’ GCC quotes to $5-10/tonne from $20-30/t a week ago.
