Chinese steel flats producers continue increasing offer prices
China's flat steel producers are very positive about April, mainly due to the strong performance of the flat steel market in the past few months. Almost all steelmakers have increased their offers for April-rolled flats, following hikes by major steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
Bengang increased offers by CNY 50-100/tonne ($7.44-14.89/t) for different flat products except hot rolled coil. HRC offers in April were flat from March.
