Chinese steel prices hold as mills maintain momentum
Chinese steel futures prices gained steadily over Wednesday night but then pulled back again on Thursday to close roughly flat. The initial boost from the end of the holidays appears to be over but steelmakers say they are thinking of restricting output further to prevent prices from falling, Kallanish notes.
