Chinese steelmakers lift offers as confidence spreads
Northern China's Shougang Group and Henan province's Anyang Iron & Steel, following other major Chinese steelmakers, have released their offers for mid-August and September. Both steelmakers are expecting a stronger market and have increased their ex-works steel prices, Kallanish notes.
