Chinese steelmakers set 2020 targets
Major Chinese steel producers Jianlong Group, CITIC Special Steel, Hebei Iron and Steel (HBIS) Group, Shagang and Shandong Iron & Steel Group have successively announced their operational targets for 2020, Kallanish notes.
