CZR Resources shareholders approve Robe Mesa sale
Shareholders of Australian miner CZR Resources have approved the sale of the Robe Mesa iron ore project in Western Australia for AUD 102 million ($66.35m), Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that its shareholders have approved the sale of the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Zanthus Resources, which holds an 85% share of the Robe Mesa and associated assets, to Miracle Iron Resources for AUD 102 million, representing 43 cents per CZR share. …
