Domestic producers cheer stainless dumping decision
US stainless sheet and strip producers are praising the affirmative preliminary determination by the US Department of Commerce of dumping by Chinese producers.
The department preliminarily assigned dumping margins ranging from 63.86-76.64% to Chinese producers. A final determination is expected in late November, Kallanish notes.
