Dongbei Special Dalian plant to start relocation
China’s Dongbei Special Steel Group plans to soon start the relocation of its Dalian subsidiary, according to the project contractor MCC 3 Group. The new site is estimated to have a 320,000 tonnes/year of iron, 1.2m t/y of steel and 1.1m t/y of steel product capacity, Kallanish notes.
