Eramet fully acquires Chinese high-speed steel processor
Erasteel, a high-speed steel producing subsidiary of French mining company Eramet, has acquired a high-speed steel producer in China. Erasteel has become a 100% shareholder in HeYe-Erasteel Innovative Materials Co. (Heiml), based in Tianjin, Eramet tells Kallanish.
