Eramet considers selling French high-performance steel subsidiary
French miner Eramet has initiated a “…detailed strategic review” into its French subsidiary, Aubert & Duval, a producer of high-performance steel. The company is considering all options, Eramet says in note.
Kallanish has learned from sources in the market that high-tech industrial group Safran may be interested in buying out the subsidiary.
