French, Luxembourg scrap prices tick up
French and Luxembourg scrap prices are increasing between €2-10/tonne ($2.1-10.7) this month or remaining stable on-month for some grades, depending on the purchasing steelmaker’s needs, Kallanish hears from market sources.
