India reviews Chinese wire rod anti-dumping duty extension
India has initiated an investigation into extending anti-dumping duties on wire rod imports originating in China. Provisional anti-dumping duties were initially imposed in November 2016 and definitive duties in August 2017.
Domestic industry fears the withdrawal of duties could lead to a continuation of dumping, ultimately leading to injury to local producers, Kallanish notes.
