Indian corporate affairs ministry approves NMDC demerger
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved the demerger of NMDC Steel from NMDC, the latter informs in an exchange filing seen by Kallanish.
According to the iron ore miner, it received the ministry’s order dated 6 October on 11 October and is in the process of complying with the requirements as envisaged in the ministry’s order.
