Italian crude output falls again

Italian crude steel output in March confirmed the decline seen in the previous months following a significant hike in 2021, according to data issued by local steelmakers association Federacciai. Last month, crude steel production declined by 8.1% year-on-year to 2.1 million tonnes and by 4.8% on-year over the first three months of 2022 to 5.9mt, Kallanish notes.
