Italian rebar falls slightly in uncertain market

The Italian rebar market remains stagnant with prices declining by €10/tonne ($10.7) on average on-month. Some steelmakers are reported to have high stocks and are asking €350/tonne ($374) base ex-works. Orders continue to be implemented back-to-back but no production stoppages are scheduled this month.
