Italian scrap prices decline
Italian scrap prices are decreasing by €20/tonne ($21.8), following days of uncertainty and flat values. This is in line with subdued finished flat and long products markets in the country. Because of low orders and reduced consumption, several long steelmakers will be cutting output this month, sources tell Kallanish.
