Italian stainless scrap prices increase
Italian stainless steel scrap prices are rising compared to August as some optimism and better values are coming back to the market.
Coil producers have bagged a good level of orders over recent weeks, although the market remains fragile. However, long products markets continue to be extremely weak, with no light at the end of the tunnel forecast in the coming weeks for consumption, which has significantly reduced this year, sources tell Kallanish.
