Kardemir shifts large billet volume at competitive prices
Kardemir published a new price list and opened domestic sales for billet and wire rod on Wednesday, Kallanish notes.
150mm square billet was increased by $5/tonne from the high end of the range to $510-520/t ex-works, excluding 18% VAT, from the previous list issued on 2 August.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have been increased by $10/t to $570-610/t, from Kardemir's previous list on 9 August.
