Major steelmakers paid $15 billion interest in 2015
Chinese steelmakers continued to see their gearing ratios grow in 2015, reaching an average 70.06%, among large-scale producers, according to Li Xinchuang president of the China Metallurgical Industrial Planning and Research Institute (MPI).
