Merafe foresees 2024 slowdown after elevating 2023 earnings
South Africa's Merafe Resources (MRL) reported a significant increase in attributable earnings for 2023. This is on the back of surging chrome ore sales volumes and higher realised prices amid buoyant demand and supply constraints. However, 2024 is likely to see a slowdown, the firm says.
