Metso Outotec completes recycling business divestment
Metso Outotec has completed the divestment of its Metal Recycling business line to Mimir. The separated business will operate globally under the Lindemann brand, and will be headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The technology supplier agreed late last year to divest the business unit, which includes the brands Lindemann and Texas Shredder, to Mimir, an investment company based in Stockholm (see Kallanish passim).
