Mexico’s Ahmsa faces new setback in maintaining production
Altos Hornos de México saw its production at risk again, Kallanish notes. After the electricity firm Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) paused power at all of its production sites, including the company’s mining units and offices on 20 November for almost 10 days, Mexican state-owned company oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) reduced the provision of gas.
