MMK criticises US sanctions, assesses response
Russian steelmaker MMK says it opposes US sanctions against its majority owner and chairman of the board of directors Victor Rashnikov, and its subsidiary companies.
Earlier this week, the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Department of State issued visa restrictions and put additional financial strains on some Russian entities, including MMK (see Kallanish passim).
