MMK continues to raise domestic sales
Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel (MMK) continued to increase domestic sales in 2018, the company says.
The steelmaker shipped 9 million tonnes of steel products to Russian and CIS markets last year, 6% more than in 2017. These represented 79% of MMK’s total shipments. Domestic sales volume last year was second only to 2014, when the company supplied 9.6mt to domestic markets.
