MMK Metalurji's sales fall despite high-value-added growth
MMK's Turkey-based Metalurji steelworks' shipments declined in the second quarter and in January-June as the Covid-19 pandemic amplified already-challenging market conditions in Turkey. The company nevertheless managed to increase sales of high-value-added (HVA) products both in Q2 and the first half of the year.
