NMDC board approves demerger
The Board of directors of NMDC has approved the demerger between NMDC Limited and NMDC Steel. The entire share capital of the NMDC Steel held by the NMDC Limited would be cancelled, and new equity shares of NMDC Steel Limited would be issued to all shareholders, says the miner in an exchange filing on 13 July.
