Nucor, Liberty Steel raise wire rod prices
US steel producers Nucor and Liberty Steel have raised their respective prices for wire rod, Kallanish confirms with representatives from the companies.
According to letters sent to customers earlier this week, both Nucor and Liberty Steel announced that base pricing on wire rod would be increased by $110/short ton.
