Nucor buys sheet painting facility in Arkansas
US steel producer Nucor plans to buy a 250,000 short ton/year paint line facility in Armorel, Arkansas, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The facility is currently owned by Precoat Metals Corporation.
The facility is located close to Nucor Steel Arkansas’ sheet mill - a 2.65 million st/y facility.
