Nucor CSI announces galvanising line plan
Nucor has announced California Steel Industries (CSI), of which it is a majority owner, will build a continuous galvanizing line to serve end markets in the western United States, reports Kallanish.
“With recent closures of galvanizing capacity in the western region, CSI is seizing an opportunity to provide the high-quality value-added products that our customers have requested,” says Leon Topalian, Nucor ceo.
