Nucor issues steep price decrease on plate products
Nucor is reducing prices on steel plate as of Tuesday, Kallanish learns from a letter to customers.
In a price adjustment issued 30 October by Nucor Plate Group, the company states that it is lowering prices of as-rolled discrete and normalized plate by $140/short ton. Quench and tempered plate prices are being reduced by $80/short ton.
