OMK ramps up production with new steel complex
Russian pipemaker United Metallurgical Company (OMK) plans to build a new electrometallurgical complex at its flagship Vyksa works.
The results of engineering surveys for the preparation of the project documentation received a positive conclusion, says the State Expertise Committee from the Ministry of Construction.
Capacity of the new complex will amount to 1.8 million tonnes/year of steel, Kallanish notes.
