Özmert Algeria eyes iron ore mining, DRI production
Özmert Algeria has signed an agreement with local authorities to support the development of the Boukhadra and Ouenza local iron ore mines, Kallanish notes.
The company is set to acquire 500,000 tonnes/year of iron ore by 2028 to produce iron ore pellet and direct reduced iron for the local and export markets.
