Renesas resumes semiconductor production sites after quake
Major Japan-based semiconductor manufacturer Renesas has resumed production at its plants after an earthquake last week struck the coast of Fukushima Prefecture, the company says.
Production at the Naka factory was restarted on 23 March and has reached approximately 50% of its pre-earthquake production capacity. The company expects to reach close to full output capacity on 26 March.
