Russia files US HRC dumping dispute with WTO
Russia lodged a dispute with the World Trade Organisation (WTO) settlement body on 5 July. This is with regard to existing anti-dumping measures on imports of Russian carbon steel hot rolled coil (HRC) into the US, Kallanish learns.
The complaint goes back to 1999 and lists eight instances when the US has allegedly breached or has been inconsistent with WTO obligations. Russia claims that the measures listed in the request "……
