Sail revenue surpasses pre-pandemic levels
Steel Authority of India (Sail) reported a 20% on-year rise in consolidated revenue in the second fiscal quarter through September (FQ2) to INR 16,925.49 crore ($2.28 billion). This was also an 87% on-quarter rebound. The firm turned to a net profit of INR 436.52 crores versus a year-earlier loss of INR 285.92 crores.
