Severstal begins steel structures unit expansion amid demand
Severstal Steel Solutions has begun construction of the new steel structures production line at its industrial complex in the city of Orel.
After completion, the enterprise will be able to produce up to 48,000 tonnes/year of steel structures, which is over three times higher than the current capacity, Kallanish notes. Total investment exceeds RUB 3 billion ($32.6 million) and commissioning is scheduled in 2025.
