Severstal increases domestic river shipments
Severstal’s flagship Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant (CherMK) closed the 2023 navigation season, maximizing the shipment of metal products to the domestic market, the company tells Kallanish.
In general, shipping by water during the year amounted to about 1.2 million tonnes, flat compared to last year. The main feature was the record figure for shipments to the domestic Russian market.
