Taiwanese scrap prices face lower bids

Taiwan's scrap market fell rapidly this week, with imported scrap facing competition from low-priced semis. Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap at $350-355/tonne cfr Taiwan, down $12.5/t on-week.
