Tangshan to add more hot rolled flats capacity
Four steelmakers in Hebei province's Tangshan city have recently announced their plans to add more hot rolled flat capacity in 2018, according to the Tangshan Development and Reform Commission. Over 4.6 million tonnes/year of hot rolled strip capacity is planned to be added, Kallanish notes.
